The Getech GLRH is a quad station standalone laser marking machine designed for high speed, accuracy and repeatability.
It is equipped with a Fibre Laser source which can be used to mark FR4, plastics and metals (e.g. aluminium housings for automotive, aerospace and medical applications).
It is capable of marking in a wide range of formats, including 1D barcodes, 2D matrixes, QR codes, human readable characters and image fonts.
The system can be linked to the factory MES for traceability.
GLRH is standalone Laser Marking machine specially designed to laser marked with accurate positional repeatability on aluminum base plate. High Speed laser marking printing for formats ranging from 1D barcodes, 2D Matrix, QR codes and human readable characters can be easily performed.
The GLRH has a rotary table system (rotates 180 degrees) with a front and back table which accommodates 4 base plate on each table. The 25 watts fiber laser wavelength (1.06 μm) is ideal for metal marking.
